Little Ghosts and goblins are getting ready for Halloween in just a couple of more weeks! My kids already have their costumes picked out and can't wait to start decorating our house including carving our Halloween pumpkin to prepare for the big night!

Kellogg's sent us over a box of yummy goodies to share and create some fun Halloween treats with! What a nice surprise, the kids were thrilled (and so was I!). Inside our package we got a big box of Kellogg's Rice Krispies, Fireside Large size Marshmallows and a bag of candy/icing and treats to create our spooktacular masterpieces with!

Fun recipe ideas can be found on www.RiceKrispies.ca like the Halloween Bat treats and Monster heads!  We made a simple batch of Rice Krispie Squares and used the provided Halloween cookie cutters to cut out bats and pumpkins for the kids to decorate. It's also fun to decorate simple squares and other shapes that come from cutting with the cookie cutters!

We had fun using our imaginations and creating some yummy spooktacular treats thanks to Kellogg's! We would have been more adventurous had we had more supplies and time but hey it was fun and the kids enjoyed, can you tell? :)
