Ever have one of those moments where you just want something sweet but not too sweet and it has to have chocolate in it? Yeah, I had one of those moments myself recently. I remembered seeing something about peanut butter bites on my facebook newsfeed not too long ago and decided since I had some peanut butter with chocolate to use up, why not try a shot at my own choco-PB Bites! Super easy, no bake and not bad if I say so myself!

What you need:

1/2 cup PB with chocolate
1 tsp regular smooth peanut butter
1 cup oats/oatmeal
1/2 cup dried fruit or nuts (I happened to throw in 1/2 cup of Nature's Path Love Crunch granola cereal and this also worked perfect)
1/4 cup honey

Step 1 - mix your PB's and honey until smooth 

Step 2 - mix in the other ingredients

Step 3 - roll into small balls

Step 4 - cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight)

What I like about this recipe besides being simple to make is that you can mix and match, use different ingredients to suit your taste! If you like peanut butter with a little crunch, these are perfect for you. Makes a great after school or after the kids are in bed snack.
