You've heard the phrase "It takes a village...", it's true. More or less these days it takes a community to make a difference in the lives of our youth and that is what Tangerine Bank's #BrightWayForward is doing. You may remember me talking about this special event last year

Tangerine Bank's Community Gym Program is coming back to select cities across Canada starting Sunday, May 15th in Vancouver, BC. Click here to learn more about how this program works to help make a difference in the lives of youths since 2009.

Tangerine Community Gyms will bring together youth in communities across Canada, providing them with inspiration, motivation, and encouragement to effect positive change in their lives and the lives of others in their community. Each session will foster Self Confidence, Respect for Others, Inclusion, Teamwork, and Leadership in a Fun and Simple Way.

The Tangerine Community Gym Concept is a vital grassroots program in support of ‪#‎BrightWayForward‬, Tangerine’s public commitment to empowerment and inclusion across Canada. In addition, the programming will be the amplification of the Steve Nash Youth Basketball, a centerpiece program that has a national presence.

  1. I switched with them for a bit for the free account (no fees) and I think I got $ for referring as well, they had the photo stuff before my other bank had it and I'd get chques in the mail but have no way to get into the city in the winter time, so this was quite helpful
