Every day, we load the kids into the truck to get what we need to do done. Dropping them off at school, activities, coffee runs and groceries, our truck has seen it's share of family moments in the last year we have owned it.
Hubby takes pride in the vehicles and with good reason. For the family, a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport that hubby basically brought back to life. This truck was dump-worthy, it sounded and looked hopeless, but he used his magical mechanical skills (aka hours of hard work and determination) and fixed it up to be road worthy.
For the times he doesn't have the gang with him (and to save on gas) he got another project car earlier this year - a 2003 Mini Cooper SC. This one he had his eye on for a while and like the truck, it was almost dump-worthy too. It needed a lot of TLC. Using his magic once again, he brought this car back to life. These aren't new vehicles (the mini could use a little paint touch up here and there) but they are safe and they get us from point a to point b and back.
When the weather is nice, sunny and warm you can find hubby outside with his pride and joys. I think washing/shining/detailing is his favourite summer activity. This man refuses to use anything but "the best" on his vehicles which is why we were excited when Armor All sent us a kit to keep them both shiny and protected!
In our car care kit we got:
In our car care kit we got:
- Multi-purpose auto cleaner
- Air freshening protectant
- Car Wash
- Glass wipes
- Sponge
All in a Armor All Caddy you can use to store all of the products in. You can find these at Walmart for under $30.
Armor All has a wide variety of different products to keep your car clean and protected, inside and out. From windows to tires and more, give your car the clean it deserves with Armor All.
Did you know using household detergents isn't good for your car? As much as you think can save you money using all-purpose house cleaner or even dish soap to wash your car, it really isn't doing you any good. It's not really good for your finish or materials on the interior because it doesn't have any means of protectant like products actually made to wash your car have. You won't get the same results as using the proper dedicated products, like anything else. Products from Armor All are made specifically to use on vehicles, nothing more. I say get the right materials and get the job done right the first time.
